Job Description

Min 2years of experience as Remote Support / Service Desk Engineer.
Should have outlook configuration hands-on experience.
Given Remote support and ticketing tool experience.
Troubleshooting, domain, software support.
Should be a Graduate from Technical Steam - B tech, B.E, BCA/ Diploma
The person will be giving centralized support to the client

Monitor network health, troubleshoot connectivity issues across LAN/WAN, and resolve incidents to maintain high uptime
