Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Sales Support & Revenue Growth
- Assist in achieving sales targets by supporting the sales team with lead generation and follow-ups.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities.
- Support in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and pricing documents.
- Track and report sales performance, assisting in basic data analysis.
Client Coordination & Relationship Management
- Assist in maintaining client relationships by addressing queries and coordinating communication.
- Help prepare client proposals and presentations under supervision.
- Support in managing customer requirements by liaising with internal teams.
- Ensure adherence to client agreements by tracking service commitments.
Operational Support & Compliance
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
- Support in documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in maintaining reports and records for sales and operational activities.
- Help in organizing team meetings, maintaining records, and providing general administrative support.
Environment, Social & Governance
- Promote judicious use of natural resources.
- Adhere to the organisation's environment, health, and safety policies, objectives, and guidelines.
Anti Bribery Management Systems (ABMS)
- Follow the ABMS roles and responsibilities details as prescribed on the ABMS manual.
a. Understanding of ethical standards and the importance of integrity in business practices.
Education
- Graduate/Postgraduate or global equivalent degree.
Experience
- 2-6 years of experience, preferably in the travel and tourism or service industry.
