About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced ReactJS + React Native Team Lead to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end and mobile development, with proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring development teams. You will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of high-quality web and mobile applications.

What you ll do

Lead a team of ReactJS and React Native developers, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
Architect and implement robust, scalable, and secure front-end solutions.
Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and provide technical guidance.
Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, bugs, and other technical challenges.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

What you ll need

7+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
Strong expertise in ReactJS and React Native frameworks.
Hands-on experience with JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Redux, REST APIs, and mobile development best practices.
Experience in integrating third-party APIs and working with native modules.
Good understanding of Agile development methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.
