Experience:- 7 to 12 yrs

Minimum in Project Manager experience:- 5 to 7yrs

Location :Pune

Minimum in Project Manager experience:- 5 to 7yrs

Must Have Skills:
1. Strong experience of Technical Projects , Specially managing large scale projects
2. Experience in driving process assessments and automation projects
3. Experience as project manager, defect management tools, Jira, confluence and Microsoft Projects

4. Proven experience as Scrum master using Agile Methodologies.

5. Deep Knowledge and expertise working in large scale project teams
6. Excellent Experience in creating Project Plan, Burn down charts, backlog maps etc.
7. Good Understanding of Automation Tools and IT Operational Scenarios RPA, Orchestration, Development Fremawork, ITIL
Good to Have Skills:
8. Knowledge in ITSM products and Automation technologies like Workload Scheduler, RPA, Orchestration
9. Analytics and Dashboard reporting understanding
10. Experience in IT and/or Telco industry
Roles and Responsibilities:
Experience in development projects Preparing Project charter and PIDs
Enforces the agile process and makes sure that daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives are executed
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Experience as project manager , projects plan, resourcing status and efforts analysis
Helping the delivery team to avoid or remove impediments to their progress, whether internal or external to the team
Facilitating team events to ensure regular progress
Coaching the team, within the scrum principles, in order to deliver quality valuable features for their product
Helping the product owner maintain the product backlog in a way that ensures the project is well tracked
