About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agile Coach to join our team. As an Agile Coach, you will play a crucial role in guiding and mentoring multiple software development teams in adopting and improving Agile principles and practices. You will be responsible for fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality products. You will work with teams across diverse projects, potentially including those in areas like Healthcare, Logistics, Education, and more, as seen in our current engagements.

Responsibilities:

Coaching & Mentoring: Guide teams on Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective), ensuring effective execution and understanding of their purpose. Agile Practices: Champion Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and best practices, tailored to the specific needs of each team.

User Story Refinement: Facilitate user story workshops and provide guidance on creating clear, concise, and valuable user stories.

Agile Maturity: Assess team's current Agile maturity level and develop a roadmap for continuous improvement.

Impediment Removal: Identify and help resolve impediments that hinder team progress. Collaboration: Work closely with Product Owners, Development Teams, and stakeholders to build strong relationships and foster a collaborative environment.

Training: Conduct training sessions on Agile principles, practices, and tools.

Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on team progress, identifying areas for improvement. Tooling: Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence (as used in several of our projects).

Process Improvement: Contribute to the overall improvement of Agile processes
