Key Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and maintain JIRA projects, workflows, schemes, and dashboards.
Automate JIRA tasks using scripts and JIRA automation rules.
Implement and manage JIRA integrations with other tools (e.g., Confluence, ITSM Tools, O365, etc.).
Customize JIRA to improve project management capabilities, reporting, and team collaboration.
Develop custom JIRA plugins and scripts using Atlassian SDK, & REST APIs.
Work closely with project managers and teams to optimize workflows and process automation.
Manage JIRA security settings, permissions, and roles for different teams.
Provide technical support, training, and documentation for JIRA users.
Troubleshoot and resolve JIRA-related issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
Familiarity with JIRA Service Management (JSM) and ITSM frameworks.
