Job Description
- - Spearhead Launch planning and monitoring all key activities leading up to the Client Site Launch; coordinate with internal teams and Client SPOCs
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders at the Client Site location and coordinating between different teams inside the company to deliver the best client experience
- Lead the on boarding and training of Food Partners in the Cafeteria sites to ensure smooth operations
- Communicate effectively the key features of the Product to the end users at client location to accelerate Product adoption; drive key business goals at the Site location
- Resolve all on-ground escalations, conflicts, etc. in coordination with the internal departments to ensure seamless customer experience Ensure smooth transition of the Site once the launch is completed and handed over to the respective department We are looking for Senior Launch Manager who would lead the Change Management exercise for launching of services at Client site for a rapidly growing fast paced organization Desired Skills & Experience
- 3 to 8 years of experience in F&B Operations with the relevant Bachelor's degree
- Highly Sociable and able to carry out variety of tasks under pressure with ability to react to customer escalations in a calm and reassuring manner
- Excellent communication (oral & written) & high grooming standards Experience in managing end to end operations and managing Client expectations to deliver excellent customer experience
- Proven track record of maintaining excellent relations with Clients and conducting customer interactions
- Target driven, motivated with intention to travel during the initial months
