We Datamatics Global Services looking for RSM for Mumbai, Marol location

Mandates-

Notice period: Immediate/ 15 Days (We need candidates who are immediate joiners or max with NP of 15 days. Ensure that only such profiles are sent for shortlisting. If NP is greater that profile will not be entertained.)

Profile - RSM :

We need to target profiles with the following characteristics:

  • 1. Graduates from recognized universities (not harnessing on BE/BTech graduates)
  • 2. Fluent communications - spoken and written English, able to present technical and commercial propositions in simple words
  • 3. Good understanding of enterprise network domain - specific to MPLS networks and internet services, routing and switching concepts, intranet and extranet, DMZ
  • 4. Good understanding of network security concepts - firewalls, proxies, DNS, IP Address Management
  • 5. Able to understand customer (business) requirements and convert them to technical and commercial solutions/propositions. Able to defend solutions (solution defence). Experienced in finalizing the bill-of-materials (BoM) for implementing enterprise networks
  • 6. Sound knowledge of network monitoring, reporting and trouble ticketing tools
  • 7. Sound knowledge of MS Office productivity tools - Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, Skype, Teams etc.
  • 8. Reasonable understanding of ITIL concepts like incident, problem, change & capacity management
  • 9. Experienced in working/interacting with local or international Telecom Service Providers (Bharti, Tata, BT, Verizon, AT&T, Orange etc.) for:
  • (a) Technical & Commercial proposals
  • (b) Project implementations - commissioning & decommissioning of sites, delivery lead times
  • (c) Network Performance/Operations - uptimes, reliability, SLA's, Periodic reporting (weekly/monthly)
  • (d) Commercial Coordination - negotiations, invoice validation/verification, penalty measurement, settlement etc.
  • 10. Able to manage higher-level stakeholders and business contact points via periodic or ad-hoc reporting, updates, escalations etc.
  • 11. Able to monitor and coordinate/manage the overall network performance of a region with multiple sites (25 or more sites). Getting the required work done thru a central/global network team
  • 12. Able to stretch or remain available beyond local business hours for change management activities - small/medium/complex or business impacting network outages (Flexibility/option to work from home and manage activities)
  • 13. Has valid passport and good Wi-Fi connection at home. Believes in anyplace, anytime working/computing
Must be part of technical pre-sales or implementations (No NOC L1/L2 operations profiles). Ability to propose/sell and defend technical solutions (largely) & commercial proposals (occasionally)

  1. Position is deputed to client's location.
  2. Must be available for Marol location joining
  3. Ready for Service Agreement for a long & successful journey
