Handle leads from social media and advertisements.
Build strong client relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
Present travel options to clients, matching their preferences and budget.
Close deals and meet sales targets.
Stay informed about travel trends, destination information, and travel regulations.
Handle travel-related issues and provide solutions to clients.
Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
Assist clients with travel insurance and other travel-related services.
Promote travel packages and special offers to clients.
Adhere to company scripts and guidelines during calls
Maintaining desired conversion rate to achieve the sales targets
Excellent communication skills in English.
