Technology | IT Certifications | Microsoft Certification | Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD-100 and MD 1) Mobility Subject Matter Expert s primary responsibility is to provide support to an organization s mobility (MDM/MAM) infrastructure to help them meet their business goals on the go. This is done by performing the regular BAU activities on cloud mobility infrastructures like Microsoft Intune or SAAS/ On-premises mobility infrastructures like VMware Workspace one UEM (AirWatch) or equivalent platforms, periodic maintenance, installing patches, and supporting L1/L2 teams. This role also spills over to the bigger Application support including custom application packaging and publishing
1. Manage, Proactive monitoring, Administer, Troubleshoot, and provide L1/L2 support for mobility infrastructure
3. Create, design, manage Microsoft Endpoint Manager standalone/Hybrid supporting large user base
4. Manage AAD, Autopilot, Conditional Access, Configuration Profiles and Compliance policies.
5. Knowledge of Mobile Operating Systems (iOS, Android), seamless onboarding technologies (DEP/ZeroTouch), Android for Work/Work Profile, iOS Device Management (Legacy, Supervised and User Enrolment)
6. Create and manage Device enrolment Policies and applications (Android, Apple, Windows Autopilot). Technical Skills
1. Mobility
- Complete hands-on experience in implementing and managing On-premises/cloud mobility MDM and MAM solutions; Intune.
- Hands-on with Autopilot, Enrolment, configuration policies, Conditional access, Compliance and Security.
- In-depth understanding and troubleshooting of iOS, Windows and Android platform and applications
- Provide Technical solutions and solve complex business problems with minimum downtime.
- Implementing, configuring and testing AirWatch mobile device management solution prior to production deployment. 2. Application packaging and publishing
- In-depth knowledge and manage the deployment process of mobile applications to app stores, including testing, release, and updates.
