Job Description

• Day to Day office administration management - Including but not limited to - Office stationery, refreshments, all facility billing management with finance, Facility upkeeping and compliance.
• Assist in vendor management - Vendor invoicing, Housekeeping, and security staff management.
• Petty cash management and accounting in consultation with the manager
• Managing computer and related assets, working with teams from other Fortive sites.
• Health and Safety lead - Ensure compliance with local and Fortive EH&S policies and lead safety audits / essential equipment managements.
• Represent Site, in coordinating with internal and external entities for legal and statutory compliance, especially related to local administrations like AMC, Torrent power, Building cooperative society, Landlord etc.
• Support Fortive employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage import and Export of Engineering materials, following set process.
• Lead Inventory management -for IDC site
• Lead Customs clearance responsibility for site
• Support associate travel and boarding locally, as requested.
• Lead and coordinate events management at site
