Technology | IT Certifications|Microsoft Certification|Enabling Office 365 Services / Microsoft 365 Certified: Teamwork Administrator Associate As experienced Microsoft Teams Architect, you will play a critical role in architecting, designing and implementing Microsoft Teams solutions that meet the collaboration and communication requirements of our clients. You will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing the Microsoft Teams platform to ensure seamless integration, scalability, and security. Responsibilities:
1. Architect, Design and Implement Microsoft Teams solutions that align with business requirements, taking into account collaboration, communication, and information management needs.
2. Develop migration plans and strategies to transition users from legacy collaboration platforms to Microsoft Teams.
3. Define and maintain architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices for Microsoft Teams deployment and configuration.
4. Define, configure and customize Microsoft Teams settings, including channels, tabs, apps, and permissions, to meet specific business use cases and requirements.
5. Define Microsoft Teams integration solutions with other Microsoft 365 services, such as SharePoint, Exchange, and Azure Active Directory, to provide a cohesive and integrated collaboration experience.
6. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Teams architecture, including channels, tabs, connectors, bots, and integration capabilities with other Microsoft 365 services.
7. Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure the appropriate network and security configurations are in place to support Microsoft Teams deployment.
8. Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions using Microsoft Teams.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Microsoft Teams.
10. Collaborate with application developers and third-party vendors to integrate custom applications and services within Microsoft Teams.
11. Knowledge of Microsoft Teams governance, compliance, and data protection practices.
12. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 platform components, such as SharePoint, Exchange, and Azure Active Directory, and their integration with Microsoft Teams.
13. Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation for Microsoft Teams administration and management tasks.
14. Experience with Microsoft Teams administration and configuration, including policies, security settings, and compliance features.
15. Knowledge of network infrastructure and security concepts relevant to Microsoft Teams deployment.
16. Experience with Microsoft Teams app development and customization using Microsoft Teams APIs and Microsoft Power Platform.
