Job Description

1) Oversee day-to-day operations across the business units/locations .

2) Design strategy and set goals for growth based on KRA's for various functions

3) Maintain budgets and optimize expenses

4) Oversee the recruitment and training of new employees

5) Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role from FMCG / Foods & Beverages industry

6) Experience in planning and budgeting

7) Knowledge of business process and functions (operations, sales, finance, HR, procurement, etc.)

8) Location: Turbhe

9) Salary: up to 35 LPA
