Job Description:

TheAgile Consultant/ScrumMasterwill take overall responsibility for establishing and improvement of agile methodologies within the various ERP & DS projects & teams. The Agile Consultant/ScrumMasterwill support multiple squads in different organization teams. The primary focus is being ascrummasterfor designated project, ensuring proper collection of business requirements with customers & partners to enable functional-technical design & development, managing project controls & operations end to end

• Experience in the field of financial/banking applications on large complex projects/programmes
• Experience of working on agile projects and deliveries
• Strong technical knowledge
• Possess keen sense of urgency and the ability to work with distributed teams
• Excellent presentation, analytical and articulation skills
• Self-starter, strong influencing skills and extremely hands-on in the management and coaching ofAgile teams
• Advanced skills inJIRA and Confluence
