About the Role
We are hiring a dynamic and driven Regional / Sales Training Manager for the Bancassurance Channel, responsible for onboarding and performance training of Direct Sales Executives (DSEs). The role focuses on delivering structured, cohort-based training programsincluding classroom sessions, field coaching, and continuous performance supportto build and maintain high-performing frontline sales teams.

Current Sales Trainers with 2-5 years of experience (preferably in Banca or Direct Channel)

Sales Professionals with 3-5 years of strong sales performance, looking to transition into a training role

Candidates from life insurance are preferred, but those from health or general insurance will also be considered
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery & Execution

Conduct structured cohort-based learning for newly joined DSEs

Deliver classroom training and field coaching aligned with the annual training calendar

Execute monthly/quarterly training plans through branch visits

Track DSE progress via assessments and performance evaluations

Align with regional sales teams to identify training needs
Team Management & Support

Mentor and support new DSEs during their first 3 months

Conduct daily induction sessions and field demonstrations

Guide DSEs through onboarding to full performance readiness

Monitor first-year attrition and maintain engagement metrics

Maintain training documentation and call records
Business Alignment & Performance Support

Ensure achievement of soft KPIs and early performance milestones

Analyze training needs using performance data and field insights

Collaborate with Sales Managers to drive post-training performance improvements

Contribute to content development and custom training modules as needed
Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven performer in insurance sales, now seeking a trainer role

Prior experience training frontline sales teams in insurance/BFSI

Deep understanding of Bancassurance sales operations

Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and field coaching skills

Willingness to travel regularly across branches in Indore or Nagpur
