Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct gold appraisals for customers to determine the value of their gold ornaments.
Handle customer queries related to gold loan operations, including processing loans against gold collateral.
Manage team performance by setting targets, monitoring progress, and providing guidance on sales strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while handling cash transactions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and inventory management.
