  • Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with 4-6 years of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent across various functions. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in identifying and hiring the best candidates who align with our company's goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals) to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific requirements for each role and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from the initial contact to onboarding.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company's brand and values through effective communication and engagement strategies.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor hiring strategies to ensure a competitive recruitment process.
