Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced C++ Developer with 3 to 8 years of hands-on development experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in C++ programming and possess excellent communication skills to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance C++ applications.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards and best practices.
- Document software designs and code as needed.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong proficiency in C++ (preferably C++11 or later).
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience in software development lifecycle and tools (e.g., version control, debugging, profiling).
Good to Have:
- Experience with Teamcenter or similar PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Exposure to multi-threaded programming and performance tuning.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
