Role Description Overview:

The PC is accountable to manage day to day activities of coaching the employees, track and trend data for improvement

Responsibility Areas:

1. Understand the quality requirements both from process perspective and for targets
2. To Train effectively the new joiners on Medical Billing concept with the guidelines.
3. To monitor Trainees productivity per OJT glide path/ramp up targets.
4. To monitor Trainees quality output per OJT glide path/ramp up targets.
5. To initiate and implement improvement program for poor performers.
6. Providing continuous feedback in a structured manner.
7. Educating on the client specs and guidelines.
8. Educating on the latest updates on the coding aspects.
9. Carrying out one-on-one session on the repeated errors.
10. To provide feedback on productivity and quality of trainees to Team Leads.
11. To pass on the QC feedback effectively to the trainees.
12. To help Team Leads in early confirmation of Trainees by providing the valuable inputs.
13. Attainment of Internal External SLA as per Process Defined.
14. Strict adherence to the company policies and procedures.

• Extensive Coaching Training as per process defined.
• Must have Variant Training Coaching Strategy.
• Min of 3 Yrs of Professional and Relevant Experience.
• Sound knowledge in Healthcare concept.
• Excellent Communication skills Verbal Non Verbal.
• Must have Good Product and Process Knowledge.
