Job Description

Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients interested in immigration and visa services through cold calling, networking, and referrals.

Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their immigration needs and provide tailored advice on visa options and immigration pathways.

Sales Targets: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Immigration Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures to provide accurate and reliable information to clients.

Documentation Support: Assist clients with the preparation and submission of immigration applications, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business or referrals.

Reporting: Generate sales reports, track conversion rates, and provide regular updates to management on sales performance and client acquisition.

Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with clients to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure a positive customer experience.
