Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Plant Operator to join our Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) operations team at our Pune Hinjewadi site. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of STP operations and be willing to work in a technical environment, ensuring efficient plant functioning and adherence to safety norms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operation and maintenance of the STP plant.
• Monitor and control the treatment process parameters.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Carry out routine inspections and equipment checks.
• Report any issues or irregularities to the supervisor/engineer.
• Maintain logs and records of plant operations and incidents.
• Support in troubleshooting minor mechanical/electrical issues under supervision.

Candidate Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma / Graduate in a relevant discipline.
• Basic understanding of STP processes and equipment.
• Awareness of general workplace safety practices.
• Willingness to work in shifts and learn plant operations.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
