Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Design and develop assembly processes for mechanical components.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure smooth integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly-related issues.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of assembly processes.
• Train and support assembly personnel in best practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related field with 3-4 years of experience in Manufacturing.
• Proven experience in mechanical assembly engineering.
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
