Senior MEP QA/QC engineer @ Gensys Technologies

Job Description

• Develop and implement MEP quality assurance and control plans, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and method statements in alignment with project requirements.
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure compliance and highlight discrepancies.
• Supervise MEP QA/QC inspectors and coordinate with MEP engineers, contractors, and consultants for day-to-day QA/QC activities.
• Conduct regular inspections of site installations for HVAC, fire protection, electrical, plumbing, and ELV systems.
• Review and verify material submittals, calibration certificates, and test reports.
• Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning works, ensuring quality benchmarks are achieved and documented.
• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, including daily reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), CARs (Corrective Action Reports), and inspection logs.
• Lead root cause analysis and initiate corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure MEP works are executed in compliance with relevant codes (ASHRAE, NEC, NFPA, etc.) and international quality standards (ISO 9001).
