Overall Responsibilities:
End-to-End Delivery Management:
Oversee the delivery management process for multiple initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a diverse team of developers, quality engineers, business analysts, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring alignment between technology solutions and business objectives.
Governance and Compliance:
Implement and uphold governance policies, standards, and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
Technical Oversight:
Provide guidance on architecture, design, and technology solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement strategies to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
Financial Management:
Oversee project budgets, reporting on financial performance and optimizing resource allocation.
Risk Management:
Proactively identify and mitigate risks and dependencies that may impact project delivery.
Performance Metrics:
Establish and monitor KPIs to measure project success and customer satisfaction.
Technical Skills:
Essential:
.NET and C# Development:
Strong programming skills and experience in .NET and C#
AWS Cloud Technologies:
Proficiency in AWS services and cloud-based solutions
Project Management:
Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, SharePoint, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI

Continuous Integration and DevOps:
Experience in Continuous Integration (CI) processes and best practices
Software Development and Architecture:

12 to 15 years of experience in managing IT projects within a technology organization, particularly with .NET, C#, and AWS
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and global stakeholders

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience in managing IT projects within a technology organization, particularly with .NET, C#, and AWS
