Job Description
Role & responsibilities :
To be responsible for development of Project execution plan, align the plan with relevant stakeholders and executes plan for Project Delivery .
- Co-create the factory/plant design and site master plan with regional leaders, and lead project implementation from design to start-up stage.
- Know the requirement and assessment of readiness for new and existing plants, considering both Greenfield (new) and Brownfield (existing) sites.
- Recommend capital efficiency, new technology and renewable energy opportunities
- Preparing designs, project controls and specifications, schedules, cost estimates, production, transportation, installation, testing and/or commissioning of new infrastructure, facilities, equipment, etc.
- Monitoring progress and performance against the project plan; acting to resolve operational problems and minimize delays
- Develop and execute Plant brownfield project as well as build a strong Engineering team going forward
- Deploy best asset design standards to production facilities with an objective to safeguard the quality and food safety of our products in a prioritized manner
- Work along with the Manufacturing Leaders to co-create the design of factory, site master plan and other infrastructure across the site
- Recommend capital efficiency, new technology and renewable energy opportunities
- Communicate, coach and offer direction to the Technical Department associates as well as actively contribute towards their development and training.
- Continually manage and develop performance standards for the department and conduct performance reviews
- Ensuring that the Engineering services associates are trained in new technology and equipment
