Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handling customer queries / resolving customer issues via email.
Maintain accuracy of information given and documented.
Adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Graduate/Undergraduate
Experience in travel industry would be an added advantage.
Freshers can also apply.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Comfortable to work in 24/7 rotational shifts including Night Shifts.
