Job Description

Looking for Immediate Joiner

Overview of Role:

The Accounts Executive will be responsible to maintain invoices pertaining to sale and purchase of goods. The individual will report to the Accounts Manager.

Responsibilities:

Preparing sales invoices in Tally and company software
Preparing delivery challan for goods delivered
Preparing transfer purchase vouchers and transfer sale vouchers
Booking expense journal against sales promotion and free gifts
Booking credit note for sales return
Checking jewelry display stock & repaired items on daily basis
Maintaining and updating stock record on a daily basis
Preparing branch ledger reconciliation
Preparing packing list for export invoice

Prerequisites:

Graduate with a minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role (Sales invoicing)
Proficiency in Tally
Good typing speed and accuracy
Hardworking and ability to meet deadlines
Detail oriented and enthusiastic
Reliability and stability
