Job Description

    R&D Engineer (Research & Development) 

    Responsibilities: 

    Lead the design, development, and testing of innovative automotive technologies, including electric powertrains, lightweight materials, and advanced safety systems. 

    Conduct feasibility studies, simulations, and prototype evaluations to validate new concepts and designs. 

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, testing, and manufacturing to transition R&D outputs into production-ready solutions. 

    Stay updated with emerging trends in automotive technology, such as EVs, ADAS, and connected vehicle systems. 

    Prepare and present technical reports, patent documentation, and research findings to stakeholders and leadership. 

    Participate in benchmarking studies, supplier evaluations, and academic collaborations to drive innovation. 

    Skills Required: 

    Strong research and analytical skills, with a creative and solution-oriented mindset. 

    Familiarity with automotive innovation trends, including electrification, autonomy, and sustainability. 

    Proficiency in simulation tools, CAD software, and data analysis platforms. 

    Engineering degree with hands-on R&D experience in automotive or related industries.
