Location: Hyderabad, 5 days' Work from the office

Shifts: Rotational shifts

Education : BE OR B.Tech or MCA, or M.Tech only

Roles and Responsibilities

• Participate in on-call rotation for 24x7 production support.
  
• Provide technical support for Talend ETL tool, ensuring timely resolution of issues and excellent customer service.
  
• Troubleshoot complex problems related to data integration, processing, and quality control using SQL queries and debugging techniques.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of errors and implement solutions that meet business requirements.
  
• Develop expertise in multiple modules within the application, including Open Studio, Data Quality, Data Management, and more.
