Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Conceptualization and Execution: Develop and execute programs across various tactics (digital, webinar, events etc.) for demand generation campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing teams to create compelling and targeted messaging and content for each campaign.
2. Lead Generation and Nurturing: Develop and oversee the execution of demand generation programs, with an emphasis on upsell, cross-sell, and top to bottom-of-funnel stages to deliver high-quality sales leads. Develop lead nurturing programs to engage and educate leads throughout the buyer's journey
3. Data Analysis and Reporting: Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization to stakeholders. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports to demonstrate the ROI of demand generation efforts.
4. Pipeline Management: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals. Manage and optimize the marketing and sales funnel, ensuring a smooth handover of leads from marketing to sales and tracking the progression of leads through the pipeline.
5. Collaboration and Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, to align demand generation activities with overall business goals and operational excellence
6. Work on additional assignments and special projects assigned by management.
