About the Role
Were looking for a midlevel PowerPlatform Developer who can turn business challenges into elegant, lowcode solutions. You will lead endtoend application delivery on the Microsoft PowerPlatform, integrating with enterprise systems, optimising user experience, and ensuring quality throughout the SDLC.
Key Responsibilities
Area What You will Do
Application Development
Build Canvas & Modeldriven PowerApps and reusable components
Orchestrate workflows with PowerAutomate and, where relevant, drive extensions in Dynamics365
Maintain clean, welldocumented solutions following ALM best practices
Requirements & Solution Design
Partner with business and IT stakeholders to capture user stories, translate them into technical designs, wireframes, data models, and process maps UI & UX Create intuitive, responsive interfaces in PowerApps, following Microsoft design guidelines and accessibility standards
Integration & Data
Connect apps to SharePoint, Dataverse, Dynamics365, SQL, Azure services, and thirdparty APIs
Implement data transformation, governance, and security within the PowerPlatform
Testing & Troubleshooting
Define test plans, write unit and UAT scripts, perform performance tuning, and resolve defects across environments (DevTestProd)Release & Support Package and deploy using Solutions, Azure DevOps or GitHub CICD pipelines
Provide postdeployment support and knowledge transfer to superusers
MustHave Qualifications
- 4 to 6years of overall application development experience, with 4 years dedicated to PowerApps / PowerAutomate
- Proven delivery of at least two fullcycle PowerPlatform projects in production
- Strong grasp of Dataverse entities, relationships, business rules, and security roles
- Handson scripting with PowerFX, formulas, JavaScript (for PCF / web resources), or Azure Functions
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum ceremonies and tools (Azure Boards / Jira)
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical jargon into business value
NicetoHave
- Experience extending Dynamics365 CE / F&O
- Exposure to PowerVirtual Agents or Copilot Studio
- Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, or APIManagement
- Microsoft Certification (PL200, PL400, or equivalent)
- Prior work on governance frameworks: CoE Starter Kit, environment strategy, DLP policies
