Position Title: Salesforce Technical Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Salesforce Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. This role demands a multifaceted professional who can lead multiple Salesforce projects across various clouds, manage and mentor developers, and ensure successful delivery from inception to deployment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with strong communication skills and a keen sense of architectural integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across multiple projects and clouds
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, clients, and users to gather requirements and provide solutions
• Manage full project lifecycles including estimation, task delegation, and timely delivery
• Serve as an architectural gatekeeper ensuring scalable, secure, and performance-optimized solutions
• Oversee support and enhancement projects, with exposure to tools like ServiceNow and JIRA
• Maintain hands-on Salesforce development expertise, with a minimum of 3 support projects under your belt
• Coordinate and manage people resources efficiently across concurrent projects. Qualifications & Skills:
• 912 years of experience in Salesforce development and leadership roles
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and integration patterns.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex Salesforce projects
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and ticketing tools (e.g., JIRA)
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
• Salesforce certifications are a plus
