Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Employee Document Management:
- Create and store employee p-files at the relevant locations within the agreed TAT accurately.
- All files are digitized and are made available in the digital p-file platform.
- All files are sent to the vendor for Archival timely and accurately as per the process.
- Scan any documents and digitize in digital p-file platform
- Liaise with the Document Management vendor to ensure all files are stored appropriately.
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Possess excellent communication (read, write & speak) skills.
- Show ability to adhere to the process as per SOPs
- A good team player
- Self-driven and ability to work in an environment with minimal assistance.
- Good MS Excel skills
Administrative:
- Timely Maintain and update the internal tracker.
- Support the team leads and managers on any ad-hoc pfile requirements
- Stakeholder Management
Behavioral Skills:
- Presentable & Confident
- Self-Driven
- A Complete Team player
- Ability to deliver / Results driven.
- Communication skills - oral & written.
Transversal Skills:
- Ability to understand, explain and support change.
- Ability to develop and adapt a process.
Minimum exp - 1 year
