Job Description
Position: Process Executive
Summary: This position requires the candidate to perform predefined day to day activities and deliver the minimum stated results
Experience:
- PE - 0 to 1 Year
Skills and Qualification:
- Graduate in any stream
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Good analytical & coordination skills are essential
- Ability to perform in adverse situations
- Flexible to adapt to any changes in the organization / process
- Quick learner and tech-savvy in understanding new systems and tools
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Meet productivity targets within the desired error rate
- Understand the tools and policy
- Review images as per process and arrive at a decision towards moderation
- Provide feedback towards improvement of the product, process, policy etc. where identified
- Ensure all training programmes are completed on time with the expected results
- Experience working in a BPO environment
- Provide support in research projects and reporting
- Flexible to work in shifts
- Adhere to the shift timings.
