Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the organization.
  
• Source candidates through online channels, networking, and referrals.
  
• Conduct interviews and screenings to assess candidate suitability.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
  
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  
• Prepare and present recruitment reports, MIS, and analytics to stakeholders.
  
• Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring smooth transition and integration.
  

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Recruiter with 4-6 years in a corporate setting.
  
• Solid understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  
• Proficiency in using ATS and other HR software for data management and reporting.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Experience in handling MIS, data analysis, and reporting related to recruitment activities.
  
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
