Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 9 years of experience in Python and Data Science to join our team. The ideal candidate will work from our office during day shifts and will not be required to travel. This role involves developing and implementing data-driven solutions to improve business processes and outcomes.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions using Python and Data Science techniques
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify trends
  • Design and build scalable data models and algorithms to support business objectives
  • Optimize and maintain existing data pipelines and workflows
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of data through rigorous testing and validation
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Data Science and Python development
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data processing and analysis
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies

    • Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience in Python programming and Data Science techniques
  • Should have a solid understanding of data structures algorithms and statistical methods
  • Must be proficient in using data analysis and visualization tools
  • Should have experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries
  • Nice to have experience in cloud platforms and big data technologies
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
