UX Designer @ Silver Wings

Experience: 1 -4 Years

Location: Hyderabad

Proficiency in a variety of design and experience tools including Sketch, Invision, Photoshop, XD and Illustrator, etc.
A portfolio that demonstrates an ability to turn ideas into reality. A portfolio that provides insights into the candidates design thinking process is a must
Good writing, communication and presentation skills is a must
Experience conducting user research and usability & accessibility testing
Must have strong interaction and visual design skills with the ability to design quality user interfaces
An understanding of inclusive design including knowledge of accessibility standards
Delivery of a variety of methods to convey ideas and concepts (e.g. low & High fidelity wireframes, prototypes, etc.)
Experience working in small multi-disciplined collaborative teams
Ability to work independently, prioritize, and solve problems proactively
Familiarity with technical and or business decisions and the ability to work constructively and persuasively with development teams and stakeholders to deliver an optimal design solution
An understanding of the development process and how your design decisions will affect the development of the product
Have an understanding of Agile methodology
The ability prototype in HTML/CSS, JavaScript is a plus
