Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Maximize the sale at the store, ensuring optimum cutomer satisfaction
Achieve sales goals relative to sales target
Evaluating customers requirement by following customer engagement standards to provide best solutions.
Ensuring store higene and fuctioning products on display
Co ordinating activities at the back office, managing inventory and managing payments.
Handling pre or post customer sales escalations and queries
Interaction with cross functional departments

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent Communication skills
Should have flair of customer service
Confident and presentable
Should be flexible and adaptable in working hours.
