Job Description

Customer Service:

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a courteous and professional attitude.
Provide accurate information about diamond certification processes, timelines, and services.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.

Back Office Operations:

Assist in data entry, documentation, and report generation related to diamond testing and certification.
Coordinate with lab technicians and quality control teams to ensure timely processing of orders.
Maintain inventory records and manage logistics for sample tracking.
Support billing, invoicing, and other administrative tasks as required.
