Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responding to Inquiries

   • Answer customer questions via phone, email, chat, or in-person.

   • Provide accurate and complete information.

2. Resolving Issues

   • Address complaints and resolve product/service issues efficiently.

   • Troubleshoot problems or escalate complex issues to higher support levels.

3. Processing Transactions

   • Handle returns, exchanges, refunds, or order processing when required.

   • Ensure all transactions follow company policies.

4. Maintaining Records

   • Document customer interactions, comments, and complaints.

   • Use CRM systems to track support history.

5. Feedback Collection

   • Gather customer feedback and relay it to relevant departments for improvement.

   • Identify recurring issues to help improve service processes.

6. Upselling/Cross-selling (sometimes)

   • Recommend products or services that suit the customers needs.

   • Inform customers of promotions or upgrades.
