Job Description

Company: Leading General Insurance. Role: Deputy Manager - IT Budget Location: Thane, Mumbai.

Job Summary: To take care of IT Budget & vendor invoice management.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Vendor Management from invoicing, checking & audit.

2. Pipeline management for billing for resource on T/M & fixed contract.

3. Contract review from licencing, expiring & extension.

4. Capex numbers control vis a vis all reporting requirements and openx numbers control.

5. Coordination with teams for cost effective measures.

6. Annual budget exercise as per GARO / GHO guidlines.

Skills Required:-

Education: Any graduate.
Experience into financial budgeting including budget handling experience for IT function.
