Zonal Sales Manager @ Magicbricks

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for monthly/quarterly/ annual business performance includes revenue, costs and margins.
• Developing sales strategies. Opening business avenues- new cities and expansion.
• Responsible for the entire lead to disbursement funnel and operational efficiency.
• Ensurance high process adherence to deliver high success rates.
• Minimizing TAT for login to disbursement for the team.
• Managing / Hiring and Team Building: Increase performance per person
• Liasoning with builders/ channel partners/DSAs and empanel them with Magicbricks. Collaborate with banks/NBFCs to increase business with them.
• Processing loan applications, verifying documents, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Accurately log files into the appropriate Banks/NBFC
• Maintaining P&L for the zone given

Skills and Requirements:

• Experienced in HL/LAP sales, channel management and team management.
• Should have experience in the desired zone
• Graduate in any field
• Ability to build relationships
• Ability to understand customer needs
• Negotiation skills and sales mindset
