Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Rotational Shifts)
Shifts: Rotational (24/7 Support)
Transport: 2-Way Cab Provided

Job Description:

IntouchCX is hiring experienced professionals for International Voice and Chat Process. If you have prior experience handling international customers and looking for a fast-growing global BPO, this is your opportunity!

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer queries through voice or chat channels.
  
• Provide excellent customer support and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain quality service standards.
  
• Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate internal teams.
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice or chat process is mandatory.
  
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  
• Graduate or Undergraduate with good technical and logical reasoning skills.
  
• Comfortable with rotational shifts and night shifts.
  

Salary Package:

• International Voice Process: Up to 5 LPA
  
• International Chat Process: Up to 4.5 LPA
