Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist international customers (US/UK markets)
• Resolve product or service-related queries in a clear and concise manner
• Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professional communication standards
• Achieve performance targets including AHT, CSAT, FCR, etc.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the system
• Collaborate with internal teams for complex issue resolution
  

Candidate Requirements:

• C1 Level English Proficiency (Fluent verbal and written communication)
• Prior experience in international BPO/voice process preferred
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills
• Ability to work night shifts / rotational shifts
• Familiarity with CRM tools & basic computer proficiency
• Minimum educational qualification: Graduate or equivalent
