What Youll Do

• Own the end-to-end UI/UX design for our AI-driven web app from ideation to high-fidelity delivery
  
• Design interfaces that are visually striking, performance-optimized, and youth-centric
  
• Create responsive and interactive layouts that balance aesthetics with functionality
  
• Work closely with frontend engineers, 3D artists, content teams, and AI developers to ensure design precision across all devices
  
• Integrate visual storytelling, micro-interactions, motion graphics, and SVG/JS-based animations
  
• Define and evolve our design system, style guide, and component libraries
  
• Conduct user research and usability testing to fine-tune learner experience based on feedback
  
• Stay on top of trends in game UI, interactive design, parallax, WebGL, and motion design
  

What Were Looking For

• 610 years of experience designing immersive web platforms or apps EdTech, Gaming, or Media domains preferred
  
• Strong command of Figma, Adobe Suite, Spline, Webflow, Lottie, and SVG animation tools
  
• Experience designing for scroll-based storytelling, parallax effects, and layered visual depth
  
• Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and performance-aware UI design
  
• Demonstrated ability to balance visual richness with UX simplicity
  
• Bonus: Experience collaborating with 3D teams or integrating motion/UI into web-based storytelling
  
• Bonus: Prior exposure to designing for AI-driven or personalized user flows
