Job Description

Your Profile

Strong experience with Amazon Lex and Amazon Connect.

Proficiency in AWS services such as Lambda, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, S3, IAM, and API Gateway.

Programming knowledge in Node.js or Python.

Experience with contact center workflows and customer experience design.

Understanding of NLP and conversational design best practices.

Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools in the AWS ecosystem.

Your Role

Design, develop, and maintain voice and chatbots using Amazon Lex.

Integrate Lex bots with Amazon Connect for seamless customer experience.

Configure Amazon Connect contact flows, queues, routing profiles, and Lambda integrations.

Develop and deploy AWS Lambda functions for backend logic and Lex fulfillment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Monitor and optimize bot performance, ensuring high availability and responsiveness.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AWS services and integrations
