Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage civil and interior works projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
- Oversee site activities, monitor progress, and identify potential issues for proactive resolution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any discrepancies or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-9 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (civil & interiors).
- Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. degree in Civil.
- Proven track record of handling corporate interiors fit out EPC projects.
- Strong understanding of interior works and civil aspects of construction projects.
