Job Description
We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers, resolving queries, providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from international customers (primarily from US/UK/Australia/Canada).
- Resolve customer issues and provide information regarding products/services.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in customer interactions.
- Update customer information accurately in CRM systems.
- Meet performance targets including quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams as needed.
- Adhere to shift timings, especially night shifts or rotational shifts, depending on the process.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, typing skills, CRM tools).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / Bachelor's degree .
- Prior experience in an international voice process of atleast 6 months.
Additional Information:
- Shift: Night shift / Rotational shift (based on process)
- Working Days: 5 days a week (weekends may be included based on schedule)
- Location: 5th Floor, Planful B16, Raheja Mindspace, Hitech City
- Should be C1 in English.
