*Job Description:*

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Representatives. We have multiple positions available with different CTC (Cost to Company) packages.

*Positions Available:*

1. *Back office Position


(CTC: 22,000)*
- In-hand salary: 17,000
- Last working day: 30th October
- Working days: 6 days a week with 1 rotational off
- Experience: 1 year (graduate degree required)
- System requirements: Windows 10 and above, RAM 8GB and above, USB headset, power backup, and broadband connection with a minimum speed of 30 Mbps



2. *Retention Position


(CTC: 18,000)*
- In-hand salary: 14,000
- Last working day: 30th September
- System requirements: Same as above



3. *L2 Position (CTC: 21,000)*
- In-hand salary: 16,000
- Experience: 1 year (non-telecom experience mandatory)
- Education: Graduate or undergraduate degree
- Last working day: 30th September

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Provide excellent customer support and resolve customer queries
- Work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
- Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals

*Requirements:*

- Graduate or undergraduate degree
- 1 year of experience (non-telecom experience mandatory for L2 position)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and meet performance targets
