Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive our cloud computing and IT services partnership initiatives across the North American market. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, with a strong focus on building and managing partnerships in the cloud computing and IT services sector. Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to generate leads and revenue through strategic alliances are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships with leading cloud providers (such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) and IT service companies to expand our market reach and solution offerings.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive lead generation, joint go-to-market initiatives, and revenue growth.
  • Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutual value and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, marketing, and product) to deliver integrated solutions and maximize the impact of partnerships.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the cloud computing and IT services landscape, including emerging technologies, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to enhance brand visibility and foster new business opportunities.
  • Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Skills Required

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or alliance management within the cloud computing or IT services industry.
  • Demonstrated success in generating leads and driving revenue through cloud and IT services partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and IT service delivery models.
  • Exceptional verbal anD written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiatewith technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Willingness to travel as required for partner meetings and industry events.
